A Million Ways to be a Man (long-form essay)

What does healthy masculinity look like in the modern world? How can those of us who are raising boys offer them a more expansive vision of who they can be in the world?

This essay reflects on interviews I conducted with Father Rod Bower (Anglican Priest) Tim Silverwood (environmentalist) Fletcher Pilon (singer-songwriter), Rob Waters (Gomeroi poet) and Grant Molony (visual artist). The perspectives of these men are integrated with elements of my own story, to offer an invitation to my own sons, about the many paths that lay before them.
